‘m getting really excited about our anniversary/my birthday party. One of the things I’m most excited about is having a dessert bar and I want to prepare most of the little desserts myself.
I’d never made homemade bonbons, so I experimented a bit today and came up with these little ones – coconut and pineapple mignardises. They’re basically a mixture of crushed biscuits, dried pineapple, dried coconut flakes and coconut oil formed into balls.
I’m planning on enjoying them with my morning tea.
