I bought a set of 6 white ramequins on Saturday and I have been a bit obsessed of making things in ramequins the past two days. Already made pineapple crumble cakes and molten chocolate cakes (we ate them before I could bring myself to take pictures) and if you ask me every single dish on the planet must be prepared and served in ramequins…because everything looks really delicious to me in a small portion.
So, January is over in a few hours and however you look at it it’s 1/12 of the year…I think I could have done better this month, but I’m glad that the energy that came with the new year is still here. I’ll spend the last hours of January focusing on how to make February absolutely amazing!
