So let’s start with the most obvius, at least the most obvious to me right now, as Felix is lying on the table, just by my computer – enjoying the sunbeams in this unusually warm January day. He’s stretching his paws across the keyboard and I have to look for certain letters through the fur. And then I can’t help but stop typing every few minutes, to give him a rub on the belly and smile as he’s closing his eyes with delight. I love him beyond words, he’s my little baby and I can spend hours just looking at him…
I’ve always loved cats. I find them to be the most fascinating creatures – there’s something magical about them, like they know things about this world, that we will never truly understand… And I really appreciate their philosophy on life – do what you love and others will appreciate you for who you are.
Cats cannot be trained, tamed, forced. You don’t own a cat, you can’t be it’s master. You are merely given the priviledge to share your life with it…
